The French Music Export Office is a non-for-profit
organisation as defined by the French law of 1901.
It has built a network of 9 offices in Australia, Brazil,
Germany, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom
and United States.
The French Music Export Offices edit and supervise
the website
www.french-music.org.
Condition 1 - Description of service
The French Music Export Offices give an account
with access to their database only to music industry
professionals who ask for one via their website.
The user agrees that their contact may be recorded in the database by the concerned French Music Export Office.
The French Music Export Offices make their best efforts to update the database. However, they cannot guarantee the preciseness nor the systematic updating of the information. The user understands and agrees that the Service is provided "AS-IS". The users who would unfortunately find obsolete information would be very welcome, as an exchange for all the other good contacts, to let us know about the wrong contact and, if possible to give us the right information.
The French Music Export Offices cannot be held responsible for any misuse or fraudulent use of the information which they communicate to their users by the site www.french-music.org.
Condition 2 - Process of enrolment
If you would like to obtain access to the database www.french-music.org, you must first complete the request form and choose a login and a password.
You will then receive an automatic email confirming your access to the database.
The French Music Export Office reserves the right to suspend your access if you do not correspond to our criteria.
Condition 3 - Obligations of the user
The user guarantees the accuracy of the information they supply to the French Music Export Office at the time of their enrolment. In case of change of address or of professional particulars, the user must convey these modifications to the Bureau Export.
The user agrees to use the French Music Export Office database in a fair manner. It is notably prohibited to use the supplied information to the following ends:
Systematic collection of personal data
Sending un-solicited mail (spam)
Publicpostings
Telesales
The user accepts that the access codes to the database are exclusively granted for personal use. The user will not communicate, broadcast or sell this information to a third party by any means possible.
In case of breach of these obligations, the French Music Export Office reserves the right to suspend immediately and without notice the users access account.
